Golden Link Care Pty Ltd (ABN 66 703 344 932) ("we", "us") respects your privacy. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles and the NDIS Practice Standards.

What we collect

When you contact us through our website, phone, email or WhatsApp, we may collect:

• your name, phone number and email address
• whether you are a participant, family member, carer or professional
• the services you are interested in and any message you send us

Please do not send your NDIS number, medical information or other sensitive details through the website form. If we need this information to provide support, we will collect it directly from you, with your consent, through a secure process.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, discuss supports with you and, if you become a participant, to plan and deliver your services. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

We only share your information when you agree, when it is needed to deliver your supports, or when the law requires it. Enquiries sent through our website form are delivered to our email inbox by a form-processing service (Web3Forms). Our email is hosted by Google Workspace.

How we keep it safe

We store information in access-controlled systems with multi-factor authentication, limit access to staff who need it, and securely delete information we no longer need.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us.
